RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
MarKa Return & Exchange Policy
For MarKa, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 939-633-6141 with the order number, receipt and provide us with the reason for your inquiry. If the customer bought the item at our store, customers need to bring it back to our store within 7 days from the day of purchase to receive a store credit. If the customer bought the item through our social platforms the customer will receive an email with the return shipping address to ship back the items. Items should be received within 14 days of the day it was delivered from our store to the customer. Customers will receive a store credit. Customers need to provide us with a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any items being lost when sent to us.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) or Cash on Delivery (COD) service for returns. The returns will be made at the customer's own cost.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including its packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or altered in any way, with tags and hygiene labels still attached. If these terms are not met your item will be sent back to you.
- ALL SALES ITEMS, ARE FINAL!
